If you would like to register your child but no immediate space is available, you may join our official waitlist. Filling out the form ensures that we have all the necessary information to keep you updated about availability and next steps.

CWELCC Program

We are proud participants in the Canada-Wide Early Learning and Child Care (CWELCC) program, which helps reduce fees for eligible age groups. This initiative supports families by making licensed childcare more affordable.

Childcare Subsidy

Families may also qualify for Childcare Subsidy through their local municipality. This program can further lower childcare costs depending on eligibility. Contact your local provider to apply.

Waiting List Policy & Procedures

If a parent wishes to admit their child but there are no spaces available, they may call, email, or register directly through our website. The waitlist is managed in priority order.

Children who already have a sibling registered in one of our programs receive first priority.

Children of Kid's Mondo employees are given priority placement.

Full-Time Care Needs

Children requiring full-time, full-day childcare when all part-time or part-day spaces are filled.

Kid's Mondo uses internal software and the Parent app to manage the waitlist, ensuring that priorities are respected.

Parents can track and verify their child's position by contacting management via phone or email.

A child's position may shift based on established priorities.

When a space becomes available, the supervisor will notify the parent. If declined, the space is offered to the next child on the list.

Annual Verification

Families are asked to confirm their registration annually in writing, including any changes to program needs.

This allows us to update or remove a child's name from the waitlist if needed, keeping our list accurate and up-to-date.

Annual confirmation is required to maintain your child's position on the waitlist.

Privacy & Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of all families. The waitlist is maintained in a manner that protects both privacy and sensitive information.

Only a child's position on the waitlist will be shared with parents upon request.

Your family's information is never shared with third parties.

Health Requirement

Immunization

Under s. 35(2) of ss. 36(4) of O. Reg. 137/15, a parent of a child who is not in attendance at a school or private school may object to the immunization required under section 35(1) on the ground that the immunization conflicts with sincerely held convictions of the parent's religion or conscience, or a legally qualified medical practitioner gives medical reasons to the licensee as to why the child should not be immunized.

Such objections and medical reasons must be submitted in a form approved by the Minister (per section 35(3)).
